22.10.2020 03:44 PMUSDCAD recently made a new lower low at 1.3115 and bounced back up from that level to 1.3150-1.3175 where it currently is now. The RSI did not follow the price and did not make a lower low giving us a bullish divergence. This is not a reversal signal but a warning.

The bounce is not over yet. However I believe the most probable scenario is for USDCAD to move lower for a new lower low below 1.31. If this new low is accompanied by a higher low in the RSI then I believe it would be wise to bet on the upside and in favor of the Dollar. Now it is time to be patient and let price unfold its move.
